Luxuriate in the extravagance of costume balls! Join us for an unforgettable evening of eccentric creativity at the Museum. Express yourself and step into a world of dreams and stories, wearing a black-and-white costume, to celebrate the exhibition Costume Balls: Dressing Up History, 1870-1927.

Program starting at 5:30 p.m.

  • Illuminate your outfit by creating crepe paper accessories inspired by the costumes on display at the Museum. You could win the grand prize for costume of the evening!
  • Unleash your voice in drag karaoke: sing like no one’s listening alongside the fabulous Pétula Claque, and get ready to laugh and be surprised!
  • Innovate in a creative paper workshop: collaborate in the creation of an ephemeral outfit to perfect the famous drag queen’s style, in the company of JVDΣΔ SYGMΔ, a former graduate of Collège Lasalle Montréal, a member of LCI Education.
  • Explore the exhibition Costume Balls: Dressing Up History, 1870-1927 on an short introductory tour!
