Press Release
Montreal, April 15, 2026 – The McCord Stewart Museum is pleased to announce a new partnership with Reitmans, Canada’s largest women’s apparel retail chain, which becomes the Museum’s Premier Fashion Partner. This commitment from the Montreal-based retailer comes at a highly symbolic moment, as Reitmans celebrates its 100th anniversary.
Through this significant partnership, Reitmans is providing meaningful support to the Museum’s mission and to its recognized expertise as Montreal’s fashion museum. This support will help strengthen and expand the McCord Stewart Museum’s fashion initiatives, in keeping with its values of diversity, inclusion and the celebration of cultural heritage.
