We were delighted to welcome you to the Maison Principale, transformed for the occasion into a world of DELIGHTS inspired by the exhibition On the Menu. Montreal: A Restaurant Story. This elegant yet warm atmosphere, combined with the exquisite meal prepared by Hoogan et Beaufort Events, made the evening truly memorable.

Anne Eschapasse, President and CEO of the McCord Stewart Museum, and Elisabeth Starenkyj, Chair of the Board of Directors of the McCord Stewart Museum Foundation, sincerely thank you for taking part in the Museum’s Grand Ball, which raised a total of $733,696 in support of the Museum’s mission.

We also wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to our valued partners, whose essential support makes this exceptional event possible.

Looking Back at the 2026 Grand Ball

In an atmosphere inspired by Montreal—its dining culture, its encounters, and its flavours—the evening highlighted the city’s gastronomic heritage, from iconic institutions to its most daring culinary experiences, while celebrating the richness of its culture and stories. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Museum to support its mission of preserving and sharing our historical, artistic, and cultural heritage.

Three of Montréal’s standout leaders served as honorary co-chairs for this year’s Grand Ball:

• Isabelle Dessureault, President and Chief Executive Officer, Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal
• Lisa Giannone, President and Chief Operating Officer, BFL CANADA
• Richard Scofield, President and Chief Executive Officer, St-Hubert Group
