Sugar Ball 2025 will take place on Friday, November 14, 2025 at St-James Theatre.

Through its fundraising events, the McCord Stewart Museum Foundation adopts a local, sustainable, and responsible procurement approach. Guided by the Museum’s Responsible Procurement Policy, it incorporates these practices into the organization of its activities—particularly during the Sugar Ball—by collaborating with local artisans, businesses, and partners. Through these concrete actions, the Foundation is committed to reducing its environmental footprint while showcasing the talents and expertise of the community.

Look back on Sugar Ball 2024
Thanks to the proceeds from these three charity events – the Grand Ball, the Sugar Ball and the charity auction – the Museum will benefit from nearly $900,000 in funds, allowing it to pursue its mission of preserving and disseminating our historical, artistic and cultural heritage through its innovative exhibitions and programming.
The Museum and The McCord Stewart Museum Foundation thanks the members of the Sugar Ball 2024 committee for their generous involvement and support to make this event a success.
