Opening Hours

We sincerely thank the Azrieli Foundation for their generous contribution to the accessibility program on the first Sunday of every month. This support, combined with the “Pay what you can” formula, reaffirms our commitment to making culture accessible to the widest possible audience.

• Special opening hours:
  Easter Monday – Monday, April 6: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  May 13 – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening hours exceptionnally cancelled due to a private event.
  National Patriots’ Day – Monday, May 18: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  St-Jean-Baptiste Day – Wednesday, June 24: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  Canada Day – Wednesday, July 1: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• *Wednesday evening: Free admission Wednesdays starting at 5 p.m., courtesy of BMO Financial Group.
  Admission fees of $10 (taxes included, +$2 at the door) to visit major exhibitions.
• Children and teens: Free admission at all times for 17 and under.
  The Museum thanks the J.A. DeSève Foundation for free admission offered to children ages 12 and under and the Rossy Foundation for free admission offered to teens ages 13 to 17.

Archives and Documentation Centre

The Archives and Documentation Centre is open, by appointment only, Tuesday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Something fresh is brewing at the Museum!
Café Notman closed its doors on December 12, 2025, to make way for a fresh area, redesigned to provide a welcoming and contemporary experience for next summer. Be sure to visit the Museum in 2026 to enjoy this renovated and inviting space!
