In an atmosphere inspired by Montreal\u2014its dining culture, its encounters, and its flavours\u2014the evening highlighted the city\u2019s gastronomic heritage, from iconic institutions to its most daring culinary experiences, while celebrating the richness of its culture and stories. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Museum to support its mission of preserving and sharing our historical, artistic, and cultural heritage.<\/p>\n
